What we collect

- Your orders, returns, reviews and messages with sellers or support.
- Technical data such as device type, IP address and sign-in history, used to keep your account secure.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders — sellers and couriers receive only what they need to fulfil them (name, phone and delivery address).
- To send order updates and security alerts by SMS, email or in-app notification.
- To prevent fraud and keep the marketplace safe.
We do not sell your personal data. Our staff will never ask for your payment PIN or a one-time code.
Your choices
From your account you can update your details, see where you are signed in and sign out other devices. To close your account or ask for a copy of your data, write to support@neurontech.com.bd.
