Delivery times
- Sellers hand your order to the courier within 48 hours of confirmation (or of payment, when an advance was paid).
- Inside the same city: delivered within 5 days.
- To another city or district: delivered within 10 days.
You see the expected delivery date before you order, and the courier tracking on your order page once the package is handed over.
Delivery charges
The charge depends on your district, the package weight and the delivery option, and is shown at checkout before you confirm. An order from more than one seller may arrive in separate packages.
If a delivery is late
If we cannot deliver within these times and you paid an advance, we refund it to the same payment method within 7 days, at no cost to you.
At your door
- Check that the package is sealed before you accept it.
- Where the seller allows open-box delivery, you can check the product in front of the delivery agent.
- Never pay more than the amount shown on your order.
