The marketplace
Neuron Tech is a marketplace: products are sold by independent sellers, and Neuron Tech runs the platform, delivery and payments. The seller's name is shown on every product and on your invoice.
Prices and orders
- Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout.
- An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation SMS or email. We may call you to verify an order before it is sent.
- An advance, when required, never exceeds 10% of the order value.
Cancellations
You can cancel any item from your order page until it is handed to the courier. Any advance is refunded as described in the returns & refunds policy.
Accounts
Keep your password and one-time codes private. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, fake orders or abuse of sellers, couriers or staff.
Sellers
Sellers may list only genuine products they are allowed to sell, must describe them accurately and must honour the stated warranty. Products in restricted categories need an approved permit.
