1. Who we are
Neuron Tech runs a marketplace where independent sellers ("you") sell to customers. We provide the storefront, delivery and payment collection; you sell genuine products you are entitled to sell.
2. Your store
- The business, owner and payout details you give us must be true and current; we verify them before your store goes live.
- Your store name, address and DBID number (if you have one) are shown to customers.
- Only people you add as staff may use your Seller Center.
3. Listings
- List only genuine, lawfully imported products. Counterfeit, replica or "copy" products are banned.
- Pick the correct model and describe condition, warranty and box contents accurately. Phones must be declared official or unofficial.
- Restricted categories (such as drones and radio transmitters) need an approved permit before you list.
- Every listing is reviewed before it goes live; listings that break these rules can be rejected, suspended or removed.
4. Orders and delivery
- Confirm and pack orders promptly and hand them to the courier within 48 hours.
- Keep your stock accurate — repeated "out of stock" cancellations lower your seller score.
5. Payments and fees
- Customers pay Neuron Tech. After delivery and the 7-day return window, your earnings minus the category commission (shown before you list) are paid to your payout account.
- Changing payout details needs extra verification and a holding period.
6. Returns and warranty
You accept returns under our returns & refunds policy and honour the warranty you state.
7. Customer data
You receive only what you need to fulfil an order and may not use it for anything else.
8. Enforcement
Breaking these rules can lead to listing removal, payout holds, strikes and suspension of your store.
